If your emergency consists of fire, gas, electrical, or life threatening injuries, call 911 immediately.

*HVAC problems are NOT considered an emergency (unless we are experiencing freezing temperatures). If your AC goes out, we will send someone out the following business day. With that being said, extreme situations may call for exceptions.*

For all EMERGENCIES that cannot wait for a maintenance request, please call 254-870-0101 and select option #3. For all other maintenance inquiries, please fill out the maintenance request form.

Alliance Property Management defines an emergency as any situation that is life threatening or an issue, that if left for an extended time, will compromise the structural integrity of the property.
