Maintenance Request

COVID-19 Emergency Update: Due to Mayor Kyle Deaver issuing a city wide “shelter in place”. Only emergency maintenance will be performed at this time.

You may still submit your maintenance request but please know it will not be done until the lift has been issued.

What is an EMERGENCY?

Fire, flood and/or uncontrollable water, electrical problem, smell of gas, etc.

  1. Emergencies causing immediate danger such as fire call 911
  2. Emergencies involving IMMEDIATE electrical danger, call the utility service.
  3. Emergencies such as backed up plumbing, flooding, call the Alliance Property Management emergency number (254) 870-4060, and listen for emergency instructions and if necessary, call 911.
  4. An emergency is not air-conditioning, non-working dishwasher, sprinklers, etc.

Due to scheduling and ensuring all maintenance requests are done in a timely manner we are no longer scheduling appointments, maintenance will enter your property with a key that is checked out from our office and a notice will be left on your door.
